FR-201

DESCRIPTION:

FR-201 is our proprietary flame retardant specially designed for wood, bamboo, fiber, and paper. It is transparent, non-toxic and non-corrosive liquid. FR-201 is able to maintain present after the drying process. When engaging with fire, it is able to form an inflammable carbon cover to isolate the material and outside fire. 

APPLICATIONS:

Application Suggestions: 

1)For cotton, fiber, leather, nylon, and other weaving materials, infuse for 5 – 10 minutes and dry out should be able to help achieve desired flame resistance. 

2)For thicker wood pieces, infusion is recommended. For compressed board manufacturing, mix FR-201 with raw materials on certain proportion. After compression and dry out, the products become flame resistant. 

3)For paper or carboard box, either brush or spray for one or two times. FR-201 is very heat stabilized. The dry out temperature varies from 60 – 100 ℃.
